NVIDIA’s journey is becoming increasingly interesting.
What started with compute is expanding through AI infrastructure, models, developer ecosystems and enterprise AI architecture.
So what could come next?
Industry solutions.
Business capabilities.
Business transformation.
Perhaps NVIDIA doesn’t need to become a traditional consulting company. A different model could emerge:
NVIDIA + consulting partners + enterprises
— combining technical capability, business transformation expertise and enterprise context.
But this creates a more fundamental strategic question:
Who will own the “Should We?” layer?
AI can increasingly answer:
“What can AI enable?”
But enterprises still need to answer:
“What should we do?”
“Which opportunity should we prioritize?”
“Why now?”
“How do we prove the value?”
This is where the next AI competitive battle may become very interesting.
The winner may not simply be the company with the best model.
It may be the ecosystem that can connect:
AI capability → Business capability → Business transformation → Competitive advantage.
