An enterprise can have:

…and still create very little business value.

- Perhaps the capability itself needs to change.
- This is why Strategic Business Architecture matters.
- AI gives us new possibilities.
Architecture helps us decide where those possibilities should change the enterprise.
And the objective is not more AI.
It is:
Stronger capabilities.
Higher value.
Better customer outcomes.
A more resilient enterprise.
Sustainable competitive advantage.
The real transformation begins when AI stops being a technology initiative and becomes part of how the enterprise works.
And ultimately:
It must become an enterprise capable of continuously redesigning itself as AI capabilities evolve.
